How long will it take for my candle to arrive?
Is wholesale available?
Yes! To place a wholsesale order create an account with us by clicking the wholesale tab! After we approve your account you will be able to see pricing and place orders directly through our website! If you have additional questions about our products, start by filling out our contact form or emailing us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our wholesale orders are billed online or by check, with a minimum order of 20 candles.
Do you make custom candles?
Yes! Having an event and want some custom candles? WE GOT YOU! Simply complete our contact form or email us at email@example.com
What's the Return & Exchange Policy?
We want you to be uber happy with your order! Should your product be received damaged or unusable, please contact the #squad, and we will work with you to exchange your product! Just be sure to send us a message with a photo within 7 days of receiving your purchase. All candle sales are final. Only malfunctioning merchandise or unused products will be accepted for exchange. If your product is damaged or unusable, we will gladly pay your return shipping costs upon completion and passing of the R&E Evaluation! LIT KITS are nonrefundable and are ineligible for returns.
Doesn't the can get hot?
This is one of our most popular questions. We've done extensive testing with glass jars and have found that the glass jar will actually get hotter than the aluminum can.
